Dentistry is a healthcare activity and a regulated profession. Details of the authorisation, the profession, the applicable professional rules and the supervisory authorities:

What this website is for, and a medical disclaimer

The content of this website is general information about our practice, the treatments we provide and what they cost. It is there to inform you in general terms, not to address your particular dental problem.

Nothing published here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination by a dentist. A diagnosis can only be made after an examination that takes account of your condition, the medicines you take and your test results. Do not delay seeing a dentist, and do not change treatment already prescribed to you, on the strength of what you read here.

We do not diagnose through this website, give opinions on anyone’s state of health, or treat remotely. The form exists solely to arrange an appointment.

If the situation is life-threatening or threatens your health (heavy bleeding, an injury to the face or jaw, or swelling that obstructs breathing or swallowing), call 112. Calls to 112 are free and answered around the clock.

Outside our opening hours, emergency dental care is provided by the on-duty dental service and not by our practice.

We deliberately name no particular out-of-hours emergency dental service here: sending a patient in pain to the wrong place is worse than sending them nowhere.

Prices

The prices published in the price list on this website are indicative and apply to self-paying patients. We do not bill treatments to compulsory or supplementary health insurance.

The final price depends on what we find at the examination, on the extent of the work and on the material chosen, so we can confirm it only after an examination. The price list is a starting point for that conversation, not an offer to enter into a contract.

We may change our prices. The price list published on this website at the time of your visit is the one that applies.

Enquiries and arranging an appointment

The form on the Booking page is an enquiry, not a reservation. A submitted form is not an arranged appointment and does not secure you one.

An appointment exists only once we confirm it, by telephone or by email. Until we confirm, you hold no reserved appointment, even if you stated a preferred time of day.

The website does not show free slots and cannot book in real time. The preferred time on the form is a wish we try to accommodate.

When you submit the form we record the times of your confirmations and a fingerprint of each wording you were shown (these terms, the privacy notice, and your acknowledgement that your data is passed to the joint controller); it is therefore always possible to establish what you agreed to. What data is collected, on what lawful basis and how long we keep it, is set out in the privacy policy.

Cancelling an appointment

If you cannot keep an arranged appointment, please tell us by telephone as early as you can, so we can offer the slot to another patient.

The deadline for cancelling free of charge, and any consequence of not turning up for an arranged appointment, are not set in these terms. Until we set and publish them, no obligation to pay for a cancellation or a missed appointment arises from these terms.

This limitation concerns the website alone. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act are not restricted by these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any relationship arising from them, are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.

We aim to settle any dispute by agreement. Failing that, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction; this does not affect a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the website, what we offer, or the law changes. The version published on this page is always the one that applies; the date of the last change is given at the top of the page and is also the date from which these terms apply.

An enquiry you have already sent is governed by the terms published at the time you sent it. The fingerprint of the wording you accepted is kept with the enquiry, so the version can be established afterwards.
